The Challenge
A legal consultancy was spending 3-4 hours per contract on initial review. They needed a tool that could instantly extract key terms, flag unusual clauses, and generate risk assessments — without replacing human judgment, but dramatically accelerating it.
The Approach
We built a document processing pipeline: PDF extraction → intelligent chunking → LLM analysis with custom prompt chains for different contract types → structured risk scoring → interactive UI for review. The system uses RAG to reference the client's clause library for comparison.
